Can I change the payment method on my pre-order?

You can change the payment method on your pre-order at any point up to the time of the balance of payment being charged. We recommend checking that your payment method is valid when we notify you that we are preparing your batch.

To do this, you can log into your Framework Account and find the pre-order on your Orders Page and click the View Order button. From the order summary, you can see the currently selected payment method and can change change this by clicking Update Payment Method which is highlighted in green in the example below. 


When you click Update Payment Method you will have the option of selecting one of the payment methods you have already saved to your account or to add a new payment method as shown below:



Please note that not all payment methods can be saved for future use, certain payment methods such as iDEAL or Giropay need to be authorized in real time, if you used one of these payment methods for your pre-order deposit and wish to use it for the balance you can wait to receive an "Action Required " email when your order is ready to be charged, and follow the instructions in that email.
