Yes!  We [provide compatibility](https://knowledgebase.frame.work/en_us/officially-supported-vs-compatible-linux-distributions-ByVPFgyTs) with popular Linux distributions like [Fedora](https://guides.frame.work/Search?query=%22How%20to%20install%20Fedora%22), [Ubuntu](https://guides.frame.work/Search?query=%22How%20to%20install%20Ubuntu%22), among others, and links to step by step setup guides for each one.  Several of the most popular ones work great out of the box.

We and members of the Framework Community have also tested a range of other Linux distributions.  Some work great, some need manual workarounds, and some are too old to support the very recent hardware in the Framework Laptop.  

We recommend checking out the Linux sub-forums in the Community where there are Community-developed guides and guidance for a wider variety of distros than we have on our Linux page.
