Does Framework support freight forwarding of products to unsupported countries/regions (non-EU)?

NOTE: European Union citizens should reference the article located HERE. The messaging below applies to unsupported countries outside of the EU.

Framework does not officially support any countries/regions other than those available for sales and shipment via Framework's own sales pages. After audit, any orders utilizing freight forward company addresses will be canceled and refunded, without exception. Entering false billing information in an attempt to place an order with a payment method from an unsupported country/region will be automatically flagged for review and said orders are subject to cancelation.

If Framework products are obtained through any means with the intention of either shipping or hand-carrying said products into unsupported countries/regions, individuals are acknowledging that Framework is not responsible for anything that may occur as a result of not utilizing Framework's direct shipping in a supported country/region to a valid, supported residential or business address (non-logistics/forwarding), and that they are fully accountable for any additional costs incurred, or documentation required. Framework will also be unable to support the product should hardware replacement be required while in an unsupported country/region, nor will Framework be able to address any VAT or Customs issues that may arise. Warranties exist with the original shipping address and individual listed on the order in a supported country/region. Additional information can be found in the Framework Terms of Sale and the Framework Limited Warranty documentation.

Framework is working as quickly as possible to expand official support to more countries/regions and will announce additional locations as they become available.
