Purchasing products in a European Economic Area (EEA) country that Framework does not ship to

Framework currently ships directly to a subset of countries in the European Union (EU), and you can find the list of those in the article HERE. If you are purchasing Framework products from a EU country outside of that list, you can still place an order shipping to one of the EU countries on the list, but you will be responsible for organizing and paying for any logistics and shipping to the final country in the EU. That includes the logistics and shipping costs for the original product order, any return shipping, and any shipping of parts or products for warranty service. All warranty service will require a shipping address within one of the EU countries we ship to. If invalid/false billing information is entered in the ordering process that does not match the payment method utilized, the order will be subject to cancellation and refund upon review.


If customers utilize a 3rd party freight forwarding company, it is highly recommended to ensure that shipping insurance is included by the forwarding company as Framework is not liable for any damage caused in the forwarding process. If a package is damaged in transit to the forwarding company based in an EU country that we ship to from our 3rd Party Logistics partner (3PL), please instruct the forwarding company to notify you immediately, with proof of damage (images, video, etc.), prior to forwarding activity, as the package should not continue on to its final destination. If this occurs, contact Framework Support. If the package does ship to its final destination by the forwarding company, any damage will be the responsibility of the customer or forwarding company, not Framework. 

Any additional duties, fees, or paperwork requested/required for import into EU countries that we do not ship directly to (if applicable) are solely the responsibility of the customer. Framework Support will be unable to assist with VAT handling or VAT refunds for EU countries that we do not ship directly to. Additionally, Framework Support cannot provide assistance for shipments held in customs in countries we do not ship directly to. Should this occur, please contact the 3rd party utilized for logistics/shipping to the final destination.
