# How do I add or remove items from my pre-order?

If you need to change some items that are part of your pre-order; it is possible to do this directly from the order summary page [here](https://frame.work/profile/orders) on your Framework account. Any items that you are able to change on your pre-order yourself will show an "Edit" button on the Order Summary page next to the item(s) you would like to change. An example of this is shown below;

This will load the "Edit Configuration" window where you can make your changes. Once the changes are complete, you would click "Review edits". An example of this is shown below;

Once you make the desired changes to your Pre-Order, a "_Review pre-order edits_" window will appear to show you any Price or Batch changes. If the changes look correct, you would click "Yes, confirm edits". If any changes impact your Batch, a warning will appear before you confirm informing you that once the changes are confirmed, you will not be able to change back to your previous batch. An example of this is shown below;

If you have issues modifying your pre-order, you can contact us through our [support page](https://frame.work/support#support-form) and we'll assist you with the process (_make sure to select "Modify my order" under Support Request Category_). Please be sure to include your order number, the name of the item(s) you are looking to add, remove or change, and the quantity.  

If you'd like to change the full laptop configuration (_for example if you want to switch to a pre-built Framework Laptop from a DIY Edition or if you want to change the processor_) we can cancel your current pre-order so that you can place a pre-order with your desired configuration.
