If your keyboard or some of the keys on your keyboard aren't working, make sure that the Touchpad Cable is inserted fully on both ends.  The keyboard signals are routed through the Touchpad Cable into the Mainboard.  You can [follow this guide](https://guides.frame.work/Guide/Checking+out+the+inside+of+a+Framework+Laptop/101?lang=en#s555) to open your Framework Laptop and check that the cable is plugged into the Touchpad end fully.  For the end that plugs into the Mainboard, check if any pins look bent or missing.  Check that as well on the receptacle that is on the Mainboard.
