# Possible Input Module combinations on Framework Laptop 16

With hot-swappable Input Modules, you can center or offset your selected keyboard, as well as choose between a Numpad, RGB Macropad, Spacers in a range of colors, or LED Matrix Modules. Pictured below are the possible configurations for each Keyboard position. 

## Keyboard on the left

With the Keyboard installed on the left, it is possible to install either 2 single spacers or LED Matrix modules, or to install a Numpad or Macropad on the right. With this configuration the Touchpad Module can be installed directly beneath the Keyboard like this:

Or the Touchpad Module can be installed offset to the right by one space, and installed in the center as shown here:

**The Touchpad Module cannot be installed on the right side when the Keyboard is installed on the left.**

## Keyboard in the center

With the Keyboard installed in the center, it is possible to install either a single spacer or LED Matrix module on each side of the Keyboard. With this configuration the Touchpad Module can be installed directly beneath the Keyboard like this:

Or the Touchpad Module can be installed offset to the right by one space, and installed on the right as shown here:

## Keyboard on the right

  

With the Keyboard installed on the right, it is possible to install either 2 single spacers or LED Matrix modules, or to install a Numpad or Macropad on the left. With this configuration the Touchpad Module cannot be offset and can only be installed beneath the Keyboard like this:
