You'll have 30 days from the ship date to return Framework products, unless otherwise specified in the product listing.  In order to initiate a return, please contact Framework Support through [our support form](https://frame.work/support#support-form) and be sure to include your order number.  For more details, check out our Terms of Sale at [https://frame.work/terms-of-sale](https://frame.work/terms-of-sale)

We'll send you a return shipping label, and if necessary return packaging to get the item back to our service center.  The service center will inspect the return within five business days.  If there is cosmetic or functional damage, we may need to deduct a reprocessing fee from the refund to cover the cost of refurbishing the item.  We may also deduct shipping costs from the refund.  We'll then issue the refund to your payment method on file, and you'll receive it within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

**Note: Because our current memory and storage pricing is substantially below market, we are adjusting our return policy to prevent scalpers from purchasing DIY Edition Laptops/ Desktops with memory and returning the laptop/ desktop while keeping the memory or storage. Laptop/ Desktop returns will also require the memory and storage from the order to be returned.**
