## Framework Laptop 12;  
  

You can find the serial number for your Framework Laptop 12 on a label in the front right Expansion Card bay. Switch the release button and slide out the Expansion Card that is there to find the serial number and QR code. You can scan the QR code with your phone camera app to get taken directly to support documentation for the product.

## Framework Laptop 13 & 13 Pro;  
  

You can find the serial number for your Framework Laptop 13 & 13 Pro on a label in the front right Expansion Card bay. Press the release button and slide out the Expansion Card that is there to find the serial number and QR code. You can scan the QR code with your phone camera app to get taken directly to support documentation for the product.

## Framework Laptop 16;  
  

You can find the serial number for your Framework Laptop 16 on the label in the middle of the Midplate, under the Touchpad Module. Release the Input Deck Latches and remove the Touchpad Spacers and Touchpad Module that is there to find the serial number and QR code. You can scan the QR code with your phone camera app to get taken directly to support documentation for the product.

## Framework Desktop;  
  

You can find the serial number for your Framework Desktop on the label on the back of the Mainboard. Unscrew the Top Panel screws and slide the Top Panel towards the back of the case; then lifting it off. Next, slide the Right Panel upwards to remove it from the Case. With the Right Panel now removed, you can see your device Serial Number and QR code on the top of the CPU mounting plate. You can scan the QR code with your phone camera app to get taken directly to support documentation for the product.
