If you need to change some items that are part of your pre-order; it is possible to do this directly from the order summary page here on your Framework account. Any items that you are able to change from your order yourself will show an "Edit" option on the Order Summary as shown in the screenshot below:

• To do this, just click the "Edit" icon next to the items you are wanting to modify.

If you have issues modifying your pre-order, you can contact us through our support page and we'll assist you with the process (make sure to select "Modify my order" under Support Request Category). Please be sure to include your order number, the name of the item(s) you are looking to add, remove or change, and the quantity.  

If you'd like to change the full laptop configuration (for example if you want to switch to a pre-built Framework Laptop from a DIY Edition or if you want to change the processor) we can cancel your current pre-order so that you can place a pre-order with your desired configuration.
